Cardio Sculpt

This high-intensity dance workout mixes modern moves with strength training. Set to Top 40 music, Dance Mixx targets the 3 major muscle groups for a full body workout.

Cardio Sculpt Interval

Equal parts circuit-based bursts of cardio and strength training, this workout carves your body into the shape you strive for. Interval is the power of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), unleashed.

Power Sculpt

Power Sculpt: This total body workout is a circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) class that fuses high-octane dance moves with muscle work to rev up your results.
Power Sculpt Interval: Targeted, muscle-carving routines followed by blasts of cardio dance to kickstart metabolism which keep calories burning for hours after the workout is over.

Strike

Jabs and kicks to pumping music knock out stress and release your endorphins. Calories don’t stand a chance!

Sculpt 30/45/60

Sculpt lean muscle through weight and resistance training for a tight, toned physique in 30-, 45-, or 60-minutes. This class will transform your body.

Cardio 30

Cut to the chase with a 30-minute blast of dance-based cardio plus strength training.

Core

A cardio-plus-strength class designed to engage and chisel the entire core and target v-line abs for a body to boast about.
