Join Sifu Eric for authentic Wu Family style Tai Chi lessons on Saturdays at 11:00am and Kung Fu on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm.
Enjoy the meditative benefits of Chi Gong, and the strength and centering you will gain from the elegant Tai Chi forms and push hands exercises.
Sifu Eric M Emert is a certified black belt Kung Fu instructor with over 40 years experience as national competitor, judge, and coach.
